Police are hoping to track down the owner of a Citroen Saxo car spotted near the scene of a fatal accident last month. The dark vehicle, which had three occupants, was seen leaving Swainby, near Northallerton, North Yorkshire, late on the night of April 30, when a Vauxhall Corsa plunged into a beck, killing one man.
